Club Public Relations
We will develop and execute a plan to effectively provide the public with information about Rotary. In this endeavour we will always have a public relations team, fit for purpose who will make the general public aware and reflect on the good work we do and encourage charity from the community.
We will actively promote the Club’s service projects and activities to raise e the level of awareness of the public and how they can help us to help others.

Short term goals
- Develop and execute a public relations plan within 3 months.
- Review the plans effectiveness in 12 months time
- Introduce recording mechanisms for all public relations activity.
Long Term Goals
- Show that we are achieving a high profile and high status in the community in year’s time.
- Show that the plan has been effective in establishing more effective e way of bringing in promoting are charitable causes and other avenues of service as per objectives of Rotary.
