Beer Festival Sponsorship
The Rotary Club of Warrington is now arranging its fourteenth annual Beer Festival, to be held from 21th to 23st October 2010 at the Parr Hall, Palmyra Square, Warrington.
All the profits go to charities and the running total raised to date is close to £147,000!
We need businesses to sponsor the event by contributing towards the considerable cost of hire of the Hall, publicity, brochures, glasses, helpers T-shirts, purchase of the casks of beer, cider, bottled beers, entertainment during the Festival and so on.

What does it cost?
If you can offer major sponsorship we would be delighted to hear from you. To sponsor a beer is only £80, which nominally pays for a barrel of beer. We sell at least 70 different beers. Despite rising costs, we have kept to £80 as we appreciate the difficulties everyone is facing.
What is in it for the sponsor?
Sponsors, plus a guest, are invited to join us on Thursday afternoon at 4.30pm, to meet charity representatives, and sample the beers, before we open to the public at 5.30pm. Sponsors receive 10 complimentary entry tickets for use by themselves, their colleagues and friends, so they only need to buy beer tokens.
Sponsors’ names are put on our website and in the brochure, and flyers can be distributed in the Parr Hall. Your company name will be on the front of a barrel of beer or cider, or alongside the bottled beer bar. If you have a special beer request, we will try to add your name to that beer. However, we cannot include lagers, because extra equipment and space is needed for gas canisters and coolers.

In 2010, our charities will include the local charities: Brainwave NW, Active Hope, Life Education, St. Joseph's Family Centre, Warrington Young Musician Competition and YMCA Furniture Project and international: Raising the Roof For Ghana - Building a Village Resource Centre and Sarnelli House for HIV/AIDS children in Thailand.
