Club Administration

We will conduct all the Clubs’ administration activities to the best of our ability.

We will develop a comprehensive training plan to ensure that club leaders attend District training meetings.

That orientation provided consistently and regularly, that ongoing educational opportunities are available for current members
Attempt to apply training to develop future leaders in our club and ensuring that current club officers are well informed about Rotary and are capable of leading he club, and providing better Rotary service.

We will seek the assistance of the District Governor to help as a plan is reviewed and implemented.

Short term goals

  1. Develop a comprehensive training program for club leaders within 12 months
  2. Ensure that all club leaders have attended at least one district training programme within 12 months
  3. Within 3/6 months ongoing educational opportunities  are available for current members

Long Term Goals

  1. Within 3 years provide continuity in leadership including the concept of succession planning
  2. All club leaders will regularly attend district training meetings
  3. Seek out membership development opportunities continuously and continuously provide familiarisation with all Rotary procedures, protocols for District and RIBA level.
